Following an initial consultation, Austin Jenkins were tasked with extending the living area of the property on two floors.
Working with our customer, Austin Jenkins developed a building specification to meet the original brief. This included:
- A two storey extension to the front and side of the property
- Rewiring and upgraded electrics to IEE 16th Edition Regulations
- The building of a bespoke luxury fitted kitchen in the Austin Jenkins joinery shop, complete with a high gloss spray finish
- Made to measure 60mm work surfaces in Zodiac stone
- The fitting of fully integrated appliances and gas hob
- The fitting of a luxury ultra modern bathroom suite with recessed plumbing, glass wash hand basin and natural slate walls and floor
- The installation of a new Megaflow heating system with ultra-modern Bisque radiators
- The installation of plinth lighting

Austin Jenkins were asked to build a high quality detached ‘cottage style’ house with a contemporary styled interior and landscaped gardens.
The building project included:
- Traditional building with brick and part tile hung elevations
- The installation of a luxury fitted kitchen with shaker style units and fully integrated appliances
